接香港D记通知，巴西海关实行新清关规定，海关将对所有进口货物的价值、尺寸和数量等项目进行评估，以确认货件是否接受进口，海关将可能将判定为禁止进口包裹在无预先通知的情况下直接退回发货地。巴西海关规定相同项目的样品数量不得超过2个。
请各代理知悉并转告发货人，我司交寄服务商前不予审查货物的申报情况，如寄运货物超出上述限制，货件将被海关强制退回，退回前不另行通知收发货人，产生一切延误及费用，由发货人承担。 Pls note that Brazil customs will analysis the value, size & quantity of every shipments upon arrive and the shipment might force to return to origin without notice as it ‘subject to custom’s decision. There is no specific requirements and limitations of its quality .Usually, it´s ok to receive no more than 2 pieces of the same product as samples. Shipment requesting formal import must have AWB and Invoice clearly stating "Formal Import" in the Description of Contents field, &/or can be pre alert to local import team, otherwise it may not be cleared properly. Shipments will be cleared in local gateway (VCP & GRU) & a broker is required. Pls expect delays to clear. If this process is not followed, the cargo will arrive as informal & will be returned to origin. The process of return cannot be cancelled in BR, as per established Customs laws. 深圳中际货运代理有限公司
